• Build skills toward a solid knowledge base of bank products and services to maintain rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions – with the goal of bringing new deposit and loan relationships to the bank.
• Assist clients with their banking needs; open new accounts, discuss and refer or originate loans, and onboard new clients.
• Make out-of-office calls and visits to businesses, community organizations, and referral sources as assigned by leadership.

• Hit sales goals / this role is in a branch setting and going out in the field telling businesses about the banking products and building relationships

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business-related college coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior banking, or sales experience required
