Position pays $2500 monthly base salary to start, along with commission sharing on everything written, renewal commission sharing, agency bonuses, and carrier bonuses. While those with no experience should plan to build their skills and sales pipeline over the first year, those already licensed with experience have uncapped potential to earn much higher incomes than listed above in the first year in P&C Personal & Commercial business, along with Life insurance sales.

Develop insurance quotes that meet the needs of the customers.

Make sales presentations and close sales.

Secure all necessary documents and signatures from customers.

Process premium payments from customers.

Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Attend training and continuing education courses.

Meet new business productions goals and objectives as described.

Develop networking relationships with other people to build reciprocal referral partners.

Qualified applicants must be at least 18 years old, have the ability to successfully complete a background check, and have or obtain the required licenses before starting the agency training program.

License Required, agency will pay or reimburse for any licensing.
