Sales Specialist

Location: Redmond, OR

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $22.00–$28.00 per hour

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Sales Specialist to join our team. This role supports customers, processes orders, and helps ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations within our manufacturing environment. • Provide exceptional customer service and support

• Process orders, quotes, and shipments through our ERP system

• Read and interpret basic prints

• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries

• Maintain strong communication with internal teams

• Support manufacturing and fabrication workflows as needed

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships

• 2+ years of sales experience

• Ability to read and understand basic prints

• Basic computer proficiency

• Understanding of basic manufacturing, mechanical, or fabrication processes

• Agriculture, industrial, and/or automotive experience required

• Strong customer service mindset

• Self‑motivated with the ability to multitask

• Positive attitude and team‑focused approach

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions

• Reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

• Must pass a drug test (includes marijuana)
