We are seeking a skilled Installation Supervisor to lead our installation teams. This full-time, hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone with a strong background in construction, installation, and quality control who is ready to manage a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.

• Oversee and coordinate all bath system installations
• Provide leadership and support to installation crews, ensuring timely and high-quality workmanship
• Review customer contracts and manage product orders effectively
• Manage warehouse inventory and develop vendor relationships
• Ensure utmost customer satisfaction and conduct follow-ups post-installation
• Maintain regular communication with clients and encourage referrals
• Handle all permitting, documentation, and CRM updates
• Assist installers with on-site challenges and service calls
• Analyze job costs and service trends for ongoing improvements
• Help recruit, onboard, and train installation staff
• Manage scheduling calendars and time-off requests for installation teams
• Maintain precise records of timesheets, receipts, and job completions

• 5+ years of experience in installation or construction
• Experience with acrylic bath systems
• Plumbing knowledge is highly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in quality assurance and customer service
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
