Service Technician

Schedule:

Full-time, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call for emergency service. Some evenings, weekends, and early morning meetings as needed.

We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Bend team. This role is ideal for a strong, independent technician who can diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, communicate clearly with customers, and take ownership of work in the field.

You’ll handle a wide range of service work and also support retrofit and new construction installations when service demand allows. This is a high-skill, high-responsibility role for someone who wants variety, growth, and the ability to make an impact every day.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system performance evaluations
• Communicate repair options clearly and professionally with customers
• Document all work accurately in Service Titan Support  retrofit and installation work as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and jobsite standards
• Support training and development of junior technicians

• 5+ years HVAC service experience (residential and/or light commercial)
• EPA Universal (or Type II or higher) certification
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable working on ladders, rooftops, crawl spaces, and mechanical spaces
