Compensation: $30/hr
We are seeking a truly experienced and genuine handyman. The Handyman, under the direction and supervision of the Owner, is responsible for maintaining, correcting deficiencies, and/or making repairs to all homes & structures within the Service Area. Continuous hands‑on work is required.

Duties Include- Cabinetry and Trim
- Quality assurance – following punch list to ensure high quality finishes on home renovation and rebuild projects.
- Interior light carpentry repairs, caulking, etc.
- Experience with proper hanging techniques for mirrors and fixtures.
- Exterior repairs to siding, flashing, roofing and windows
- Periodic maintenance of floors, HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical systems
- Replace or repair fixtures as needed
- Responsible for general cleaning of the engineering spaces.
- Experience working in historical homes and maintaining authenticity is preferred.
- General repairs across a variety of disciplines, including:
- Painting/patching plaster and gypsum walls
- Typical work hours are from 7:30am to 4:00pm and after hours as required for time sensitive projects and/or emergency response.
- Seeking a truly experienced all‑around handyman
- Maintain preparedness for an emergency response to flood, fire, power outage, and storms.
- Respond to project emergencies.
- Maintain customer service standards as set by the Hospitality Manager and General Manager.
- Display high morale, integrity, loyalty, and professionalism at all times.
- Be available for overtime in special circumstances in order to complete projects or meet deadlines.
- Minimum of 10 years of hands‑on property and facilities maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality or residential property management environments
- True handyman skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
- Strong communication skills
- Self‑starter with good time management skills
- Versatile experience including but not limited to:
- Perform light electrical repairs
- Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
- Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
- HVAC knowledge.
- Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems
Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
