Central Oregon Auto Body, a partner with Subaru, is currently looking for an apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position pairs you with a journeyman technician to learn the Auto Body Technician trade.
Responsibilities- Learn the Auto Body Technician trade under the guidance of a journeyman technician.
- Follow verbal direction and work efficiently to produce high-quality results.
- Use hand tools and continually expand your toolset.
- Contribute to a team-based system that rewards efficient and productive output.
- Good mechanical skills.
- Ability to follow verbal direction.
- Problem solving skills and a drive to succeed.
- Basic hand‑tool proficiency (intent to procure more tools).
- Previous body shop experience is a major plus.
- Paid medical, dental and optometry coverage.
- 401(k) with profit sharing in the near future.
