Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is actively seeking skilled and dedicated Installers to join our dynamic team. This role provides the opportunity to work with industry-leading products and services, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency of homeowners' homes.

- Safely and efficiently remove existing windows and doors; complete new installations with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site, handle teardown, and ensure thorough project cleanup according to company standards.
- Apply exterior and interior finish trim, caulking, and other final details to deliver a high‑quality end product.
- Provide a professional and courteous experience to homeowners throughout the installation process.
- Collaborate with production leadership and Customer Care to address challenges and ensure efficient project completion.
- 1 to 3 years of window installation, carpentry, or framing experience.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to efficiently manage time and installation tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
- Track record of superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with installation crews, internal staff, and leadership.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Consistently lift 50 lb. and up to 150 lb. with assistance; perform tasks in various job site conditions.
- Proficiency in using a tablet for business applications.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong commitment to time management and punctuality.
- Stand, walk, climb, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
