Compensation & SchedulePay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
Job Type: Full-Time
Projects are based out of Bend, Oregon and service the surrounding Central Oregon area.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrecision Installation: Measure, cut, assemble, and securely install cabinet bases, pedestals, shells, countertops, trim, and hardware.
Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret blueprints, construction drawings, work orders, and technical specifications.
Quality & Finishing: Perform detailed finish work to ensure tops are level, wood surfaces are flawless, and installations meet exceptional quality standards.
Site Management: Coordinate material deliveries, collaborate smoothly with other trades (plumbers, electricians, drywallers), and maintain a pristine, safe job site daily.
Teamwork: Report directly to the Field Supervisor, assist Lead Carpenters, and maintain a highly motivated, professional attitude.
Experience: Proven experience in cabinet installation is required (this is not an entry-level role)
Technical Proficiency: Expert precision using job-specific hand tools and installation equipment.
Tools: Must provide and maintain your own personal work gear and basic hand tools (power tools are generally provided).
Skills: Strong attention to detail, sharp problem-solving abilities, and an eye for high-end craftsmanship.
Logistics: Reliable transportation to job sites and a rock-solid work ethic.
