Accu Air Heating & Cooling is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician who wants to learn the trade, grow with a locally owned company, and build a long-term career while delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Earn- Up to $25.00 per hour
, depending on experience - Paid Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours)
- Company vehicle, phone, and uniforms provided
- Ongoing training and support as you develop your skills
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Some occasional overtime as needed)
What You’ll Do- Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Complete filter changes and basic service tasks
- Work alongside experienced technicians to learn refrigeration, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Deliver friendly, professional service to every customer
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
- Ability to safely use power and hand tools
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic personality
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
