We are hiring an experienced Service Technician! Pay: starting at $35.00 per flat rate hour for experienced ClassA Chrysler Certified Technicians. Department

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:00am – 5:30pm.

• Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, following Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunction.
• Complete all work in accordance with applicable safety requirements.
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs using company time‑clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on the repair order and the test procedures/results.
• Return special tools to the proper place.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning each day.
• Return customers’ vehicles as clean as they were before servicing.
• Complete all required training.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary training.
• Participate in and utilize technical training as assigned by management.
• Review technical bulletins and other publications as assigned by management.
• Communicate constructively with other dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs.
• Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.
• Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards according to departmental policies.
• Arrive at work, take breaks, and depart work at the times designated by management.

• 4+ years Chrysler/Mopar experience.
• Competency:
  
  Passed manufacturer training and can perform repairs in the following areas with no supervision: lube and maintenance services; engine repair; automatic transmission; manual drive‑train repair; suspension/steering repair; brake repair; electrical/electrical systems repair; hybrid/alternative fuels; heating and A/C; engine drivability diagnosis and repair.
