Maintenance Technician
We are seeking and hiring Maintenance Technicians for property management! We are hiring as ASAP!
Apartment Maintenance Technicians with Career Strategies earn hourly rates depending on experience, role and community.
Responsibilities- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate the time and extent of repairs.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Maintain material and supply inventory.
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.

- Prepare and Complete Service Request
- Inspect Grounds and Common Areas
- Update Inventory Logs
- Troubleshooting Repair Issues
