Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Equipment Mechanic to join our shop full-time. In this role, you will diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of light-to-medium industrial and agricultural equipment—with a primary focus on forklifts, compact/utility tractors, and zero-turn lawn mowers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspection, and servicing on forklifts, tractors, zero-turn mowers, and related equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and fuel system issues (gas, diesel, and propane).
  • Perform engine, transmission, hydraulic system, and drive-train repairs.
  • Maintain clean and accurate service records for work performed.
  • Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional hands-on mechanic experience required.
  • Diagnostics: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities preferred.
  • Tools: Must own a complete set of personal hand/power tools appropriate for equipment repair (specialty/heavy shop tools provided).
  • Driver’s License: Must hold a valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
