Build your HVAC installation skills on a supportive Bend crew.

Level 1 installers complete foundational work with routine direction and grow toward greater independence through hands-on training andclear advancement expectations.

You’ll support residential HVAC and water-heating installations while taking ownership of safe, accurate foundational tasks.

• Prepare and protect jobsites, stage materials, and support equipment removal and placement.
• Complete assigned line-set, condensate, pad, strapping, duct,and finish-work tasks.
• Use tools safely and keep the truck, work area, and materials organized.
• Complete required photos, checklists, and closeout documentation.
• Learn installation standards and ask for help when a task isoutside your current scope.

• EPA Section 608 certification or ability to obtain it promptly.
• About 1+ year of related field experience, HVAC training, or demonstrated trainee-level skills.
• Working knowledge of common hand and power tools and jobsite safety.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and ability to follow plansand direction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; climb ladders; andwork in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and changing weather.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; basic electrical,sheet-metal, plumbing, or Spanish skills are a plus.
