Compensation: $27.71/hour
Hours: Temporary – planned for 30hrs/week – Subject to change based on program needs.

Overview of Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Family Support & Connections (FS&C) program offers tailored in-home case management services designed to promote client self-sufficiency and facilitate access to resources that support individualized goals. This temporary position is responsible for conducting screening, intake, and assessment with prospective clients in a compassionate and professional manner to determine eligibility for program participation, working collaboratively with Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS).
The role focuses on assisting families as they develop and pursue strength-based objectives. Referring clients to relevant community partner agencies and service providers for children and family programs is a key aspect of this position’s responsibilities. This position requires prompt, accurate record keeping and maintenance.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for reading, writing, and speaking.
- Associate’s degree in early childhood development or related field required.
- Knowledge of early childhood development required.
- Ability to travel throughout the tri-county area regularly, even in inclement weather, using personal vehicle required.
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood development or related field preferred.
- Case Management experience preferred.
