Job Summary

The Regional Anti-Trafficking Alliance Coordinator oversees the coordination and implementation of regional multidisciplinary anti‑trafficking efforts across Central Oregon. This position is responsible for convening and facilitating the Anti‑Trafficking Alliance of Central Oregon (Human Trafficking Task Force), coordinating partner agencies, supporting protocol development, facilitating case coordination, and promoting collaborative responses to human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation. The Regional Anti‑Trafficking Alliance Coordinator provides training and technical assistance to partner agencies, oversees task force activities and regional initiatives, monitors grant deliverables and performance measures, and supports data collection and evaluation efforts.

This role works closely with community partners, government agencies, and statewide stakeholders to strengthen systems, improve victim identification and response, and expand access to services throughout the region. This position is a full‑time, 40 hours per week position.

Duties
  • Task Force Coordination and Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate the Anti‑Trafficking Alliance of Central Oregon and associated multidisciplinary teams. Develop meeting agendas, facilitate meetings and case staffings, monitor action items, and support implementation of regional priorities and response strategies.
  • Partnership Development and Systems

    Collaboration:

    Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with law enforcement, prosecution, victim services, healthcare providers, schools, child welfare, juvenile justice, adult parole and probation, and community‑based organizations. Promote coordinated responses and strengthen regional partnerships to improve outcomes for victims of trafficking.
  • Protocol Development and Implementation: Lead development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of multidisciplinary protocols, response procedures, and best practices. Support partner agencies in adopting effective victim identification, referral, and response strategies.
  • Training and Technical Assistance: Coordinate and provide training, consultation, and technical assistance to task force members and community partners. Assess training needs, organize educational opportunities, and promote evidence‑based and trauma‑informed practices.
  • Case Coordination and Response Support: Facilitate multidisciplinary case consultations and staffings. Support communication among partner agencies, assist with service coordination, and promote victim‑centered responses while respecting agency roles and confidentiality requirements.
  • Data Collection and Performance Monitoring: Coordinate collection, tracking, and reporting of task force and grant‑related data. Monitor performance measures, identify trends and service gaps, and support continuous quality improvement efforts.
  • Community Outreach and Public Awareness: Support community education, outreach, and awareness activities related to human trafficking prevention, identification, and response. Represent the at:project and task force at community meetings, trainings, and public events.
  • Grant Implementation and Program Support: Assist with implementation of grant‑funded activities, monitoring preparation, reporting requirements, and program planning. Support sustainability efforts and alignment between grant objectives and regional initiatives.
