Deschutes County’s Juvenile Community Justice department seeks a staff member to oversee orientation and intake for youth in the detention facility, delivering cognitive behavioral interventions and trauma‑informed care to promote safety and reduce risky behaviors.
You will work all shifts (day, swing, graveyard) with rotating schedules every four months, maintain professional boundaries, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support youth and staff across Deschutes County.
