CDL A Drivers with X Endorsement $85-$105K-Out 21 & Home 7 (Full Time)

Class A CDL truck drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, has great home time, and offers fantastic benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience, training is provided.

You must have your tanker and hazmat endorsement at the time of application to qualify, although prior cryogenic experience is not required.

• First‑year pay ranges from $85,000 to $106,000. Drivers start at $300.30 per day with a $3.00 per day increase every six months, capped at $324 per day. Willingness to train new hires in cryogenics adds an additional $100 per day.
• Shadow training: you run your truck while the trainer runs theirs, so cab sharing and double bunking are avoided. Drivers are paid $125 per day and receive a $1,000 bonus upon training completion. Assigned trucks are 579‑model Petes with automatic transmission, and slip seating is not used.
• Full benefits begin after 60 days, including one week vacation during the first 52 weeks, comprehensive medical coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
• Drivers will run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states. Opting out of any region is not allowed.
• During the 7‑day home break, the company pays for your round‑trip flight; if you live within 200 miles of home, you drive home. You may stay home for fewer than 7 days or stay out longer than 21 days, but the maximum home time per stay is 7 days unless vacation is taken.
• Applicants who are unwilling to fly will not be considered.
• Applicants with any felony conviction are ineligible.
• Applicants who have ever failed or refused a DOT drug test, regardless of SAP completion, are not eligible.

• At least one year of OTR or regional driving within the last three years.
• MVR must be relatively clean.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.
