CDL A Driver – Swire Coca-Cola
In this role, you will operate a commercial motor vehicle and play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our beverages to customers.
Schedule:
3:00 am – 1:30 pm, Monday – Friday (Thursday off, 4/10s). Pay: $30.25 /hr. Job Level: 2.

Responsibilities- Safely operate and maneuver commercial delivery vehicles to transport beverages to designated retail locations, following predetermined routes and schedules and ensuring on‑time and accurate deliveries while adapting to various traffic and weather conditions.
- Safely load and unload beverage products using proper handling techniques to prevent damage or breakage; may stock products and maintain back‑rooms/back‑stock areas as requested.
- Pick up and return pallets, shells and assigned product at each delivery location.
- Conduct thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle to identify and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Use electronic devices or paper documentation to confirm deliveries, track inventory, and maintain accurate records; collaborate with the logistics team to ensure accurate inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, both inside and outside.
- Interact professionally with store personnel and establish positive relationships with store managers and staff.
- Maintain a valid CDL‑A license.
- Complete all assigned training.
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
- High School Diploma (or GED) and/or equivalent degree or certificate.
- CDL‑A license.
- Interstate license.
- Preferred ability to drive manual transmission.
- Minimum age 21 years.
- Driving record that meets Swire's vehicle policy requirements.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability to lift and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly throughout the day.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, clients, and team members.
