Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated and organized Mobile Mix Concrete Operator (CDL A or

Compensation & SchedulePay Rate: $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Enjoy weekends off!)
Travel: Local travel between client job sites only (No over‑the‑road hauling)
Based out of Bend, Oregon
Position OverviewIn this role, you will drive production efficiency by operating specialized mobile mix concrete trucks and heavy machinery. You will play a vital part in maintaining job site organization, execution of concrete mix designs, and building strong rapport with local clients on the ground.
Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Operation: Safely drive and operate the Mobile Mix Truck (CDL required) and handle front‑end loaders to load/unload aggregate materials.
Production & Mixing: Manage mixer equipment settings to execute proper mix designs and material deliveries on‑site.
Vehicle Care: Perform daily vehicle maintenance, inspections, and cleanings to keep the fleet in peak condition.
Logistics & Compliance: Keep accurate, up‑to‑date daily trip logs and record activity reports.
Customer Relations: Act as a key point of contact on job sites, providing clear communication and excellent customer service to clients and dispatchers.
Licensing: Valid CDL Class A or Class B license is strictly required
.Experience:
Proven experience operating a Front‑End Loader.
Minimum 1 year of similar driving or heavy equipment experience is preferred.
A background in concrete production or residential/commercial construction is highly preferred.
Compliance: Valid Oregon Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
Skills: Ability to use basic hand tools (shovels, etc.) and a willingness to adapt to flexible work hours when production demands shift.
Highly organized with sharp communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude with the ability to work independently or collaborate with a tight‑knit crew.
