Warehouse Associate

North Coast Electric is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support efficient warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

• Maintain and improve warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Accurately fill and check customer orders
• Ship and receive products
• Load and unload trucks
• Stock shelves
• Cut wire
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
• Possess a personal and professional vision of success in teamwork
• Self‑motivated problem solver in a team environment
• Positive attitude, willingness, and desire to improve skill level
• Ability to learn use of handheld scanners and operating systems
• Detail oriented
• Complete EDGE training in the first 30 days of employment

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Use of forklifts and stock pickers
• Warehouse environment
• Usual 40‑hour work week Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed by business
• Requires regular and reliable on‑site attendance
