We are currently recruiting for a permanent Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established nursery in Canvey Island. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner who is eager to contribute to a high-quality early years environment where children are at the heart of everything.

The role is available to start immediately, but we understand that strong candidates may have notice periods, and we are happy to accommodate this.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences that support children's development across all areas of the EYFS.

• Providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Planning and implementing stimulating activities to support learning and development
• Observing, tracking, and assessing children's progress
• Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
• Supporting the wider nursery team to maintain outstanding practice
• Ensuring safeguarding and welfare requirements are met at all times

• A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
• Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
• Knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, reliable, and positive approach
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
