Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk with at least 2 years of relevant experience for a temp-to-permanent opportunity. The ideal candidate works well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, communicates professionally and clearly, and has hands-on experience with large data sets using Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Process accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records

+ Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on outstanding balances

+ Create and analyze AR reports in Microsoft Excel, including large data sets

+ Support cash application and assist with month-end closing activities

+ Work closely with internal teams to resolve payment issues

+ Provide timely updates and reporting as needed

Requirements

+ Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a similar role

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience working with large data sets

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Professional, clear written and verbal communication

+ Collaborative, positive team player

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance preferred

+ No master's degree required for this role
