Accounts Receivable Manager | Benicia, CA
Growing distribution company seeking an Accounts Receivable Regional Manager to lead a team of 4 AR Specialists and oversee billing, collections, cash applications, account reconciliations, credit review, and process improvements.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Hybrid)
What We're Looking For:- 4+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or similar)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, Macros)
- Strong collections, customer service, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
Associate's degree considered - Process improvement mindset with interest in automation and AI
- Growing organization with operations across multiple states
