Pride Staff -  - Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace;
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems;
Data Entry: process financial transactions into Quick Books and D365;
Procurement: prepare purchase orders and process PO cuts to vendors;
Accounts Payable: review and process vendor invoices with proper documentation
