Sales Support Associate Benicia

Duration: Expected 03 month contract with possible extension
M-F) 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Some over time)
Pay Rate: $24-28/hr the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain files, records, and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Answer customer and internal calls, take messages, and follow up as needed.
- Enter and process sales, purchase, shipping, and vendor-related data accurately.
- Verify orders, billing, shipping, and vendor information.
- Monitor open orders and provide status updates.
- Prepare sales, operational, and analytical reports.
- Perform data analysis, tracking, and reporting using Excel and spreadsheets.
- Support competitive analysis and report preparation.
- Help with general administrative duties if needed (filing, travel arrangements, expenses, office supplies).
- Work with internal sales team for information regarding customers and vendors.
- Provide administrative and sales support as required.
- Complete additional projects and duties as assigned.
Skills & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3–5 years of business office or sales support experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Work extensively with Excel and spreadsheets for reporting, data management, and analysis.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization, reporting, and tracking functions.
- Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work overtime when needed.
- Potential for full-time employment.
