Job Title
This is a highly impactful and autonomous role where your contribution will be noticed on day one. You'll be working alongside a team of analysts & data scientists - collaborating to design datasets, develop analytical models & provide insights. Your work will impact business processes and drive growth.
This position is hybrid (in office 3 days/ week) in our Benicia, CA location.
How you will Own It:
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to translate business needs and define technical requirements.
- Analyze operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare recurring reports for business leaders
- Assist in creating dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses
- Support business process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, customer service, etc.) to gather requirements and drive business initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and assist in creating action plans.
- Help design and implement scalable, data-backed solutions to support growth
- Document business requirements and operational procedures for internal stakeholders.
What you 'll Bring :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar role (internships and academic projects welcome).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
Added Fuel if you have:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
- Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Understanding of ERP or business systems (e.g., SAP, Net Suite, Oracle).
- Experience with workflow tools or project management software (e.g., Jira, , Asana).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
This is a high-impact position with direct visibility into franchise performance. Your work will directly influence how operators run their business and drive measurable results across the network.

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
