• Safely operate forklifts or other equipment to load, unload, sort, stage, and transport products.
• Professionally interact with shipping carriers, customers, safety teams, customer service, and branch management.
• Communicate clearly and act with a sense of urgency when necessary.
• Adhere to Linde safety procedures and promote safe practices among team members.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• More than three (3+) years of experience in general manufacturing or warehousing.
• Prior forklift experience and basic computer skills are required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and effective problem‑solving skills, with the ability to consistently lift, rotate, and lower 60 lbs throughout the workday.

Pay range: $19.45 - $28.52 hourly
