  • Route wires and cables on machines to ensure a clean, professional appearance and support reliable operation.
  • Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and debugging of custom equipment during build and commissioning phases.
  • Support installation of custom machinery at client facilities, including mechanical assembly and final adjustments on site.
  • Fabricate custom parts using manual milling machines and manual lathes to support prototype and production builds.
  • Carry out additional tasks related to machine assembly and support as directed by project leads or engineering staff.

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience with precision mechanical assembly of industrial or automated machinery.
  • At least 1 year of experience with manual machining using a manual mill and lathe.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret mechanical assemblies and hardware requirements.
  • Experience with mechanical assembly of custom machinery using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, and parallels.
  • Hands-on experience assembling mechanical systems including machined parts, motors, actuators, sensors, and related industrial components.
  • Ability to assemble and plumb pneumatic systems, including solenoid valves and pneumatic actuators.
  • Basic electrical and wiring capabilities sufficient to route wires and cables on machinery.
  • Good organizational skills and strong housekeeping habits to maintain a clean and efficient work area.

  • Comfort working in a collaborative environment with engineers, technicians, and automation specialists.
  • Ability to adapt to varied daily tasks and non-repetitive work, supporting both unique builds and small production runs.
  • Interest in developing skills in industrial automation, pneumatics, and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and precision in all assembly and fabrication work.

Why Work Here?

You will join a growing organization that works with cutting-edge automation and robotics, offering meaningful opportunities to expand your skills in industrial automation, pneumatics, and electro-mechanical systems. The work is hands-on and varied, avoiding repetitive assembly line tasks and allowing you to contribute to unique projects from concept to installation.
