Program Coordinator

As a Program Coordinator at RIX Industries, you will support planning and execution of manufacturing programs for advanced gas generation, storage, and compression systems. You will coordinate schedules, resources, and documentation across engineering, production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of mission-critical solutions for defense, marine, aerospace, energy, and industrial customers. In this fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, you'll track milestones, risks, and metrics while contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables for manufacturing programs
• Support production planning, resource allocation, and schedule tracking
• Maintain accurate program documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Facilitate communication across engineering, production, and supply chain teams
• Track risks, issues, and action items to keep programs on schedule
• Assist with cost tracking, budget updates, and performance metrics
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in processes and workflows
• Prepare status updates and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Support onboarding and coordination with external vendors and partners
