• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Base pay $48,000 - $68,000 based on experience and skill level. Uncapped commission structure, earn as much as you work! All employees make at least $36,000 and our top earners make $85,000+ annually with commission and bonuses. Bonuses range from monthly to quarterly based upon results!

Our office is located in American Canyon, CA.
