Position: Job Foreman

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Job Foreman role located in Benicia, CA. The Job Foreman will oversee daily installation operations, including planning and organizing work schedules, managing materials and equipment, coordinating with subcontractors, and providing training and supervision to staff. The role requires ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in line with company standards for quality and safety.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Planning and organizing work schedules to ensure efficiency and timely project completion.
  • Experience managing Materials and ensuring proper availability, handling, and usage on‑site.
  • Knowledge in overseeing Subcontracting tasks and coordinating with external teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Capability in Training team members to uphold company standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with fencing products and installation processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in an outdoor and physical work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or technical training in construction is a plus.
