Schedule:
Rotating schedule - 4 days on / 4 days off, with 24-hour on-call status during scheduled shifts

Compensation: $72-75K annually

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Dispatcher to serve as the primary link between customers, drivers, and internal teams. This role is responsible for coordinating fuel deliveries, managing inventory levels, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient transportation operations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and drivers
• Dispatch drivers to replenish fuel inventory at customer locations
• Monitor fuel inventory levels and forecast delivery needs based on usage trends
• Review orders, build delivery schedules, and plan loads efficiently
• Supervise drivers with a focus on safety, service, and compliance
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local transportation regulations
• Make real-time dispatch decisions, including diverting, canceling, or adding deliveries as needed
• Plan and assign deliveries to maximize productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Anticipate and resolve scheduling, delivery, and service issues
• Complete administrative paperwork and system entries related to dispatch operations
• Support leadership with operational and planning activities

• Dispatch or fuel transportation experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, change-oriented environment
• Safety-focused mindset with sound decision-making skills
• Experience with dispatch software (DM2 or SAP preferred)
• Familiarity with fuel inventory management tools a plus
