Warehouse Assistant

Ponder Environmental Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in supporting warehouse operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring materials and supplies are ready for field projects.

• Oversee orders, inventory, and shipment of materials to and from the warehouse
• Track inventory history and resolve discrepancies in stock control
• Dispatch to the field and support field operations as needed
• Deliver and pick up supplies and equipment from job sites
• Coordinate will-call supplies and equipment from vendors
• Stage and prepare materials and equipment for upcoming projects
• Inspect and test equipment before and after use
• Perform minor equipment repairs as needed
• Restock supplies and maintain organized inventory
• Wash and conduct weekly inspections of company fleet vehicles
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Perform weekly landscaping and facility upkeep
• Operate a forklift (certification preferred)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Minimum 2 years of inventory management experience
• Basic math skills (rate, ratio, percent calculations)
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage varying situations
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• 40‑Hour HAZWOPER
• Forklift Certification

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary/Hourly Rate Range: $22.00 - $25.00
