As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will oversee a variety of outdoor projects, from small installations to large-scale builds, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for those passionate about craftsmanship and leadership in the landscaping industry.
- Lead and supervise landscape construction projects from initiation to completion
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, crew members, vendors, and subcontractors
- Participate in estimating, site visits, and pre-construction planning
- Conduct daily crew meetings focused on safety, project goals, and updates
- Address and resolve job site challenges efficiently and creatively
- Monitor project budgets, quality standards, and timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and clear project records
- Foster a safe, positive, and productive team culture
- Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address client concerns
- Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction or related crew leadership role
- Proficiency in site work, hardscape, and softscape installation
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and construction blueprints
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience operating trucks, trailers, and light equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Leadership skills and a strong work ethic are highly valued
$27.00–$33.00 per hour based on experience, plus overtime pay and bonus opportunities.
