This group is Recognized by NCQA as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home. About this Opportunity 34 patient contact hours Call 1:6 Total outpatient with NO hospital work The average daily patient census is 13-20 Region-leading compensation plan Partnership consideration after 2 years (24 partners in the group) Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k, 5 days CME plus allowance, and 4 weeks time off About S outhwestern Vermont Located in southwestern Vermont just 38 miles from Albany.
