Position: Southwestern Vermont - Outpatient Family Medicine Physician with Partnership Track

Family Medicine Opportunity in Southwestern Vermont

Practice Overview

  • Join a team of dedicated professionals including 1 physician and 2 nurse practitioners.
  • Engage in a comprehensive care model focusing on chronic disease management and Suboxone treatment.
  • Enjoy autonomy with support from a robust partnership and Medical Home model.
  • Benefit from low-volume call duties and no hospital or OB requirements.

Schedule

  • Flexible 40-hour workweek with extended hours available twice a week.
  • Gradual ramp-up period with extended appointment slots for complex cases.
  • Shared phone call duty with a low call volume, taken in 1-week increments.
  • Balance between clinic and procedural time with onsite support and facilities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range dependent on professional experience.
  • Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance in line with regional standards.
  • Eligibility for Vermont educational loan repayment program.

Candidate Requirements

  • Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians with a focus on chronic disease management.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Desire for community integration and path to partnership/ownership.
  • MD or DO candidates will be considered, regardless of gender.
