Practice Overview
Join a team of dedicated professionals including 1 physician and 2 nurse practitioners.
Engage in a comprehensive care model focusing on chronic disease management and Suboxone treatment.
Enjoy autonomy with support from a robust partnership and Medical Home model.
Benefit from low-volume call duties and no hospital or OB requirements.
Schedule
Flexible 40-hour workweek with extended hours available twice a week.
Gradual ramp-up period with extended appointment slots for complex cases.
Shared phone call duty with a low call volume, taken in 1-week increments.
Balance between clinic and procedural time with onsite support and facilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range dependent on professional experience.
Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation assistance in line with regional standards.
