We invite a skilled Pulmonary / Sleep Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in Vermonts second largest community. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within a respected 100-bed Dartmouth-affiliated medical center supported by a network of 25 primary and specialty practices serving more than 75,000 residents across Vermont, New York, and Massachusetts.

This full-time position offers a balanced 50/50 mix of Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine, providing the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships while practicing across a broad spectrum of pulmonary and sleep disorders. You will join a dedicated team focused on teamwork, quality outcomes, and patient-centered care.

Evaluate and manage patients with a full spectrum of pulmonary and sleep disorders

Interpret diagnostic and therapeutic sleep studies with ongoing patient follow-up Provide sleep consultations and collaborate across a multidisciplinary care team Practice in a supportive environment with strong administrative partnership and clinical resources
