Position: Elementary Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Bennington, Vermont

Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Current BCBA certification, valid and in good standing
  • Relevant licensure to practice as required
  • Experience working in school-based settings with elementary, middle, or high school students
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and oversee behavior intervention plans
  • Committed to upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance with educational regulations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess students' behavioral and learning needs in collaboration with school staff
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide guidance and professional development to staff and families
  • Collect and analyze behavior data to inform strategies and track progress
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed
  • Support inclusive practices and positive learning environments
  • Serve as a resource for evidence-based behavioral interventions across multiple grades
