Qualifications &
Experience:
- Current BCBA certification, valid and in good standing
- Relevant licensure to practice as required
- Experience working in school-based settings with elementary, middle, or high school students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to develop and oversee behavior intervention plans
- Committed to upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance with educational regulations
- Assess students' behavioral and learning needs in collaboration with school staff
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide guidance and professional development to staff and families
- Collect and analyze behavior data to inform strategies and track progress
- Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed
- Support inclusive practices and positive learning environments
- Serve as a resource for evidence-based behavioral interventions across multiple grades
