* Study Line KPI for new models as target, prepare for production and resolve technical issues to achieve the target.
* Improved profitability through productivity improvements (labor savings, defect reduction, equipment breakdown reduction, etc.).
* Analyze and improve existing lines to optimize productivity based on recent and future volume trends.
* Establish in-plant technologies such as automated assembly and inspection and deploy it to other line.
* Work with a team, following the PDCA cycle, to achieve plant targets and KPI's.
* Defines, schedules, implements, monitors and standardizes improvements.
* Performs cost estimates for (insert from above) improvement ideas. Including equipment, tooling, packaging and installation cost with supervision.
