Radiance Medical Aesthetics and Wellness Spa is a medical aesthetics and wellness clinic located in Williston, Vermont. Our mission is to provide safe and effective treatments for beauty, aging, and skin concerns. Dr. Colleen Parker, founder and owner, is a board-certified physician with 10+ years of experience, background, and expertise in aesthetic care and procedures. Our goal is to help our patients feel comfortable and confident in their skin, offering natural and restorative results at every stage of life.

This is a full-time (option for part-time potentially available) on-site role for a Cosmetic Laser Technician at Radiance Medical Aesthetics and Wellness Spa in Williston, VT. We are seeking an experienced Laser Technician to offer our patients Laser Hair Removal and a variety of cosmetic laser procedures including, but not limited to, laser hair removal, laser rejuvenation, and skin revitalization using laser technology.

You must have a certificate from an accredited vocational program, and our ideal candidate also has the appropriate licenses to operate a laser within the Vermont State Laws and Regulations. Any experience you have in operating cosmetic lasers or as an Esthetician, Certified Professional Electrologist, Nurse, or higher medical training is also applicable and a plus!

• Greet clients and provide exceptional experience from the beginning to the end of their visit, and follow up with Clients as needed.
• Perform laser treatments ethically and safely alongside Dr. Parker’s oversight, delegation, and direction.
• Provide Laser Hair Removal services and willing to provide additional laser rejuvenation procedures we see fit to add to your offered services portfolio.
• Evaluating and treating clients within the established treatment protocols and procedures.
• Ability to consult with each client on their personal goals, provide educational feedback, properly record health history, discuss contraindications and risks, and explain the pre-care and post-care instructions for the recommended treatment(s).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace as well as helping with routine cleaning of the clinic.
• Keep medical supplies routinely stocked in the work spaces.
• Maintain client confidentiality under the laws and regulations of HIPAA.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Manager on advertising content, social media content, personal development, and growth.
• Stay informed, maintain up-to-date certificates and licensures, and continue education on the latest updates and best practices in laser technology and techniques.
• Regularly inspect and maintain laser equipment to ensure proper and safe function, and report to the Business Manager as needed for appropriate maintenance needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit and procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and team events, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
• Have initiative and drive to seek further education, build on skills, and ask for advice.
• Be a team player in a collaborative environment and operate under the standards of our practice.

• Certificate from a vocational school
• All certifications and licenses required to perform laser services
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
• An active team player who is committed to assisting others when needed
• Preferred laser and medical aesthetics experience

This is NOT a position for independent contract or rentable space. This position is open to service providers who want to join the Radiance Team and business.
