• Current and valid Vermont PT license
• Minimum of 1+ years of recent experience as a Physical Therapist within the last 2 years
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts with varied days
• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (preferred but not explicitly required)
• Demonstrated experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings

• Must pass a criminal record check as required by state law
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible schedules as needed
• No certifications or licenses beyond those specified are required
