Job Summary

The LPN/Medical Assistant is responsible for providing individualized goal directed nursing care/services to patients under the direction of a provider.

Days:
Monday‑Friday, No weekends. Sign‑on retention bonus: $750.00.

Pay range:

• Medical Assistant: $20.00 - $23.00
• LPN: $23.00 - $27.00

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State licensed Practical Nursing License by date of employment.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
