We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at The Center for Living & Rehabilitation. As a PTA, you will work closely with our experienced physical therapy staff to provide high-quality patient care and support in our state-of-the-art Subacute Rehab wing.
ResponsibilitiesProvide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
Conduct exercises and interventions as prescribed by the physical therapist
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as dressing and bathing
Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Participate in patient care planning and coordination
Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
Perform other duties as assigned by the physical therapist or therapy manager

Current PTA licensure in the state of Vermont
