Join our compassionate team at Crescent Manor Rehabilitation Center, a 90-bed facility located on Crescent Blvd, in Bennington, Vermont. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.
About the Position
As a CNA, you will work alongside our dedicated healthcare team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing basic nursing care, including vital signs monitoring and feeding assistance
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents
Assisting with mobility and transfers, as needed
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Vermont
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
