Child and Family Clinician – Behavioral Health

United Counseling Service of Bennington County Inc seeks a Children’s Clinician to provide therapeutic and supportive services to children and families in our healthcare and educational programs. In this full-time role, you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions that promote healthy development and educational success. Working within a supportive, team-focused culture, you will collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care and achieve positive outcomes for children.

• Provide individual and group clinical services to children and families in a therapeutic, developmentally appropriate setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support children’s growth and educational success.
• Implement evidence-based, trauma-informed interventions and monitor progress toward goals.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and program development initiatives.
• Engage families through education, support, and coordinated care planning.
