Our client is a global manufacturer of essential electronic components serving a wide range of industries, committed to innovation and quality. They are seeking a Production Manager to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Production Manager

Oversee daily operations within the manufacturing plant
Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand
Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency and quality
Manage and motivate supervisors and production teams
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production and logistics

Your skills and experience

Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing management role
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and project management
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Proven ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements
Effective communication and collaboration skills
