Formation Operator – 2nd Shift

• Perform chemical preparation of materials used in the manufacturing process.
• Operate a variety of automatic and semi‑automatic machines and equipment while following process specifications at all times; immerse parts in solution tanks for prescribed times and remove them after completion of the cycle.
• Read meters, perform mathematical calculations and adhere to specific instructions.
• Make minor but sensitive changeovers and set‑ups with required extreme accuracy.
• Visually inspect parts for conformance to specifications and record data on lot traveler tickets; communicate process specifics and issues to engineers and technicians.

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Will occasionally be exposed to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals that fall below acceptable limits established by current government standards.
• Adheres to company quality and safety requirements.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
