Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN -Express Care

Under a provider’s direction, the LPN is responsible for providing individualized, goal‑directed, nursing-process‑based care/services to patients.

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a valid Vermont State Licensed Practical Nursing License by date of employment required. Health Care Provider BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.
